5. Franken needs to get over it...

I like to listen to AA, but mostly Morning Sedition and Randi Rhodes.

I think Franken's biggest problem is that he is obsessed with Rush and O'Reilly. I think we all get the picture -- that they are liars and bad pseudo journalists. But at some point, Franken needs to get over the rw spin on the story and focus on the story. It's like the entire network is to push his grudge against Rush and O'Reilly.

There are much much more important issues than their lying -- like what Bush is doing to this country. It's like Franken is inside this media bubble, where the story is always the meta story -- how the RW is spinning -- and never the underlying reality story.

I hope AA succeeds, but I just don't find Franken's obsession all that interesting.

Franken is Colmesish with these people. Honest debate is fine. But they're throwing bombs and he's tossing wiffle balls.

10. Now I understand something a Repug said to me

He told me that he agrees with almost everything Hannity says but can't stand watching his show because of Hannity's delivery. I understand that from my own standpoint, because Hannity is a talentless dipshit.

Havign listened to Franken, I now know from HIS (the Repug's) standpoint how this guy feels about one of HIS blowhards. Franken is not good at what he does and is not funny, regardless of how much I agree with what he says. I know some of you might not like what I'm saying, but I refuse to say that someone's show is good just because I like his message.

Janeane is great. Randi is usually tolerable (although getting worse). Franken makes me want to listen to Dan Patrick.

The Repug in question likes Hannity's message but has the guts to say his show sucks. I hate the Repug's views, but I respect this particular stance - I mean no offense to anyone, but that's how I feel about Franken. He should stick to books.
