Did Bush disgrace Sanchez?
How would you like to be Sanchez? I heard the tape of Bush "praising" Sanchez on NPR. Incredible. Bush literally dropped a turd on the man. Whether Sanchez deserves to be humiliated like that, I don't know.

Bush said something like:

"He (Sanchez) has done a fabulous job. He's been there for ... er ... er ... a long time. His work has been exempla-rary (sic)."

Then, Bush was asked directly whether Sanchez was being reassigned because of the prison abuse scandal and Bush ducked the question.

So there's your famous Bush loyalty.

3. GW Bush is so brilliant ...
that he is adding new words to the vocabulary daily.

EXEMPLERARY.

This man is the President of the United States of America. Unfuckingbelievable.

2. He dropped a turd on him, literally? That's gross!
You do know what literally means, don't you?

Seriously, though, being fired by Bush would be a badge of honor to a person of principle.

4. Fair enough. Figuratively.
But this was no badge of honor. Sanchez is a general. I wonder how it felt to be dismissed so cavalierly and incompetently by Bush.

5. One of the privates accused of abuse and about to go on trial, he and
his attorney are saying the guy will testify under oath that Sanchez was present when some of the abuse happened! Right after this came out Sanchez is replaced. I think the shit could hit the fan for Mr. Sanchez and before it does and they get into a Rummy-like situation of should he be removed/fired they just quietly got rid of him to avoid that. He's been leading the war since day one and replace him just weeks before the hand over with no real explanation?? Doesn't make sense to me. Very suspicious!!
