What if 7/1/04: 1) no countries other than us recognized Iraq as having
a legitimate government, i.e., no diplomats or embassies or government contracts/loans? 2) the U.N. does not recognize Iraq's new representative for the same reason as #1? 3) Iraq is made a rogue state by default because of our invasion and continuing to pull the strings behind-the-scenes?
