So much of this is just port for companies like Halliburton.
And notice how Bush makes a big deal out of re-building schools and infrastructure, getting teachers and text books, etc. Does fucker know that Iraq had all this BEFORE Desert Storm. Their women we among the most educated in the mid-east, including Israel. They had a fairly good healthcare system and hospitals, schools, electricity, clean water. Of course, there were poor areas that did not enjoy all those amenities but hell, take a look at the US and some rural areas and inner city areas.
To me, we can't credit for anything we are doing in Iraq until we rebuild back to where it was BEFORE Desert Storm and sanctions.
