Before the Bushies have this page pulled, READ THIS!!!
Regardless of your political leanings... you are solictied for a donation thinking most of it will go to your political party... and the commission to whatever AMERICAN company is hired to make the calls... but then you find out YOUR PRESIDENT has outsourced his own campaign and is sending YOUR money to India!!! Bravo Mr. "President", you have now proven you cannot be trusted with America's money... oh, AND they also provided this company with the Republican voter rolls... ENJOY!!!

Bush campaign ran from Noida call centre
KA Badarinath and Prerna K Mishra
New Delhi, May 16, 2004

The political split in the US over outsourcing notwithstanding, till very recently the fund-raising and vote-seeking campaign for the Republican Party was done partly out of India. And this was handled by two call centres located in our own friendly neighbourhood in Noida and Gurgaon.

For 14 months between May 16, 2002 and July 22, 2003, HCL BPO Services — the 100 per cent-owned subsidiary of Shiv Nadar-promoted HCL Technologies — had some 125 agents working in seven teams soliciting financial contributions for the Republican Party. US presidential elections are slated for November 2004.

1. It's been known that the Republicans were outsourcing fundraising to India
for months now. This isn't new.

2. DOH!
Oh well! I had a bad feeling I was a day late & buck short on this one.

But it's still amazing it's in PRINT...ANYWHERE! What with the way the BUSHitler crew is and censoring EVERY DAMN THING they can, amazing.

Lu Cifer, how many MORE soliders have to die before America wakes up???

7. I agree - it is amazing.
If Bill Clinton had done this, we'd be hearing every media outlet in the US clamoring for his execution for treason.

But, it's just the Republicans. So, our media says, "Ho, hum."

Rules just don't apply to the Republican Party; at least that's what they believe. They are most certainly the "say one thing, do another" party.

4. So what.
There is nothing wrong with keeping this information on top of GD before the election. This makes sure every lurking freeper and other types of Republicans get to see it.

5. The Do Not Call List
Remember when this was being debated and the Telemarketers said it would put people out of work? I suppose those people would have been in India who were put out of work by the Do Not Call list.

According to Bush, only the reimportation of pharmacuticals would cause American Unemployment. Any outsourcing is good for the economy, just like his tax cuts for the wealthy.
