"our doctrine is wrong"..DUers need help source a story...

I briefly recall seeing some miltiary guy, a Marine I think, being critical of our approach on Iraq, at a congressional hearing....on TV...I think on Friday. No. it wasnt Zinni...someone else. Words he used was that "we have a wrong doctrine" or "our doctrine is wrong".....

Could someone tell me who that was and give me a link to the story.... ???

He is the head of US Central Command. I don't have a link, though.

..theres alot here. Thanx...I also did some searching, and found an WaPo article from Friday that has some uniformed miltiary being fairly critical of this...
