need some help answering these questions...to show a freep...
1. What is Kerry's plan is to cut the deficit?
2. What the "deciding vote" he says he cast to create 20 million new jobs was?
3. Why do you think Kerry would be better at growing the economy when his goal is nearly 33% lower than what Bush is already delivering?

1. An answer
1. Kerry's plan to cut the deficit is to take back the tax cuts for the wealthy 1% of Americans. Ask your friend if he makes that grade.

2. Well
I'm sure Kerry will do what he can to end corporate outsourcing. He will also curb tax breaks to big businesses and prompt them to take more interest in their employees and what they need instead of just sitting back and collecting the cash. The folks at FREEP probably won't care too much for this solution, but it's their loss.

3. Answer #2
2. He went with Clinton's economic plan (I'm not sure which budget, maybe fiscal year 1993 or 1994?) which (some would argue) encouraged the economic boom of the 1990s.

3. Explain...

4. On #1
Kerry will end the tax cuts for the wealthiest 1-2%, which will save hundreds of billions.

And in any event, no Bush supporter has any standing to even talk about deficit reduction. His president has never vetoed even one spending bill and members of his Administration have publicly pooh-poohed the rising deficits.

8. 1 and 2
I agree with what people have said about 1 and 2: Kerry will eliminate the tax cut for the rich; Kerry voted for Clinton's economic plan.

Foe question #3, can you tell us how you reach the conclusion that Kerry's goal is less than what Bush is delivering? Overall, Bush has still delivered a net loss in jobs; and, I believe, but I don't have the numbes, a drop in the Dow. Bush is delivering in the negatives; Kerry promises to deliver in the positives. I'd like to know where Bush is delivering more than Kerry is promising - do you really believe that Kerry would promise less than Bush has delivered?
