1. As long as the real map is blue, I don't give a hoot. I already
voted on that site. If repugs have to do this to keep their craziness going, all the more power to them.

12. If this gets any publicity at all,
it ought to fuel the drive to get Kerry voters to the polls.

2. This has been freeped...
A couple weeks ago, it was all blue. And I had already filled it out. :-(

It's all a crock of cattle cack anyway.

5. That happened today in the course of about 4 hours
It went from 6,000 vote to 12,000!

For the past 2 weeks I have been helping to keep in blue with my web site, but thats to many votes for one person to try to conted with!

7. That begs the question.
How do you get 6,000 votes in one day?

14. I noticed the same thing...

Didn't notice it happening that quickly, but I did happen to check it the day before it turned red.

One interesting thing I noticed is that my state, which was red before the massive turn, doesn't have a single new vote.

10. It was hacked
I saw a post somewhere yesterday that said the site had been hacked. Now this, it's really sad, the lengths they'll go to.

18. Honestly don't remember
Could be. I just remember reading that the site was down or had a denial of service or something on that order. Now it's up and all red. You betcha, just a big coinkydink.

15. If we pledge for red we can use reverse psychology
Let's make the Republicans think that they can keep pushing their garbage down everyones throats and run on issues that are going to make them loose.

16. what a bunch of losers! the only way they win is by cheating
--and this makes a very good case for the fact that paper ballots are needed for the real election.

does anyone know how this was done? I was impressed that congress.org made it sort of complicated, to prevent this very thing.

Provide personal information just to vote in a stupid online poll? No thanks. This poll excludes the intelligent.

28. Why not let it happen?
Let them bask in overconfidence. The 'look of invincibility' thing is useful to sway swing voters, but not many swing voters are seeing the map in question.

I find it hard to believe that in the course of a weekend that votes for Bush have more than doubled. What’s going on here?
