Help - looking for an article

tried search and failed.

The article was more editorial.

Ended with the conclusion that we (corporate WE) were addicted to oil and what we were seeing was the natural response of an addict trying to secure the last supply of it's drug of choice.

Does anyone remember this, who can point me to it?
