Hey, all you guys who said the Tucker Carlson is one of the "thoughtful"
RW pundits... What were you smoking? I watched Crossfire today (granted it's like political WWF), and the guy is just as much a dishonest smug shrub supporter as ever. In a piece about the various "slogans" of the Kerry campaign, he listed "Bring it on!" first, saying that Kerry must have gotten it from the latest Schwarzenegger film... HELLO!

He's either a total idiot, or dishonest (I vote dishonest). I'm amazed and disappointed that Carville didn't call him on this little piece of ignorance and point out that he was mocking shrub.

Carlson also cited ZELL FREAKING MILLER as evidence of Democrats and "regular people" being out of touch with Kerry. I think I've heard enough from this guy in one half hour segment for the next several years.

Carville definitely did not seem to have his mojo working. But the whole Crossfire format is stupid, set up to make the pundits even worse than the politicians with short segments set up to only do sound bites.

2. When CNN moved it 4:30 ET and only 1/2 hour it became lame
The 7-8 time slot gave it a little weight and ratings importance then it got demoted. I rarely get to see it anymore because I'm at work or driving home.

Frankly, I though Carville would have left when the change came. He must be locked into a nice contract.

3. I've totally given up on Xfire.......
it used to be pretty good a few years ago but now it's a stupid slug-fest which I think is not long for this world. Everybody's fed up with it. And personally, I can't stomach that ol' repuke hack that outed Valerie Plame. He should be in prison, not on TV!:eyes:
