We bought our last Fird, and Esacape. We had to replace a module forthe polution controls. We had extended warranty insurance and they said it was not covered. After paying $ 400.00 plus dollars, the warning light is now on again. So that means another $ 400.00 plus dollars. To boot, this ford dealer does not offer people who can commuicate well.

In any event we love the escape but service by ford is poor and expensive. And the extended insurance they offer sucks.

I will print this out and present it to the ford dealer when we take our escape in for the new module, that ougth to give them a better idea?
