1. wasn't he the one saying before the war....
that Iraqis woudl be welcoming our troops with folowers and the oil fields would pay for the reconstruction itself? another example of a member of the adminsitration "mis-speaking"? sure costs a lot of money and lives when they do that...

imo, he scared of his own shadow ... but, loves power, prestige and limelight ...

I say put him on the list of war crimials, traitors ... fit 'em up for prison.
