A lot of the mistakes that the neocon's have seem to have had its' origins going back to the Clinton administration, of course. The present administration is responsible for absolutely nothing negative.

How can the neocon's turn the spin and blame it all on the Clinton administration?

You know if there is a kernal of truth, this true shall find a much needed alibi somewhere in the Clinton administration?
