I'm seeing KERRY AND DEAN in portland
It was a hard thing, but I decided to skip classes here at the U of O for the first time in my life to motor off to Portland and see the Future President of the United States! I'm pretty pumped! WEEEEEE!

3. Kerry and Dean are traveling together?
Interesting. I have to admit I haven't looked closely at what Kerry is doing. My own attitude right now is to get Bush out.

4. Be sure not to bring a backpack

or they won't let you into pioneer square. I have a class that night too, and I considered skipping part of it, except that I need my course materials in my pack- I may hang around the perimeter anyway and see what I can see. Hopefully, they'll start on time...
but with Dean in tow, don't count on it- he's always late. }(

UPDATE: The event has been moved up to 4:00pm and will feature a performance by Portland’s own Art Alexakis of Everclear!
