Was there a rally in Tallahassee today by Republicans against Bush?

The guy who heads our I-4 Corridor Democrats here called tonight. He said there was a good-sized rally by Republicans against this administration. I think he said today.

There does not appear to be anything on a google search. Has anyone heard about this? I would think this would be a good sign.

1. If it is indeed true, most definitely.

Doesn't bode well for Jebby, either. If the GOP in his home state turns against his brother, he may as well kiss his own presidential ambitions good-bye.

The guy who told us would know, though. He did not have numbers, just the info. Maybe the news cycle will show it up tomorrow.

3. I don't think the two are all that related

Jeb and W are not twins idealogically, in fact from what I've seen and read Jeb is the more 'conserative' and a PNAC member, where W is more 'compassionate'.

Those are their words, not mine, I dislike them both, but just pointing out that a dislike for one, may not translate into a dislike for the other.

5. Hi MF, I have not heard anything, however I do remember when

McBride was running against Jeb, there was a group of affluent Repubs that had a fundraiser for Bill in Pinellas county. The story was in the St. Pete times as I recall and posted on Whoseflorida.com.
