If this Government will not release the abuse pictures...

because they are too graphic, too inflamatory and will endanger our troops THEN...Rummy should get on the next train out of DC and George W. should STAND DOWN!!! GODDAMNIT!!! If we allow Congress to allow this, we are goners...GONERS! If things are that bad, bring the troops home for God's sake! I WANT TO SEE THOSE PICTURES! I WANT THE WORLD TO SEE THOSE PICTURES! The news that the government might not release these pictures to the "public" was announced on Boston, Channel 7 news a few minutes ago.

We need to make a lot of noise about this. We need to make people aware of the fact that if they try to ignore this like they have with all the other monstrosities this administration has committed, they are complicit in the torture themselves. We cannot allow this to just fade away like so many other things have.

From what I can tell, we've seen the worst. Last night there were several new ones at a link on DU. The only newer ones I saw was the one with the dog, and another one of the body packed in ice.

I've seen both on TV.

I think they should release them all....maybe to the DOD web site if they're afraid how unsuspecting viewers might feel if they put them on TV. That way, if you want to see, you have to make a concious effort to go to the web site, if you don't want to see, then don't.

I must however say, it will be worse for GWB if they don't release them at all. The damage has already been don by the first ones, and lots of people will wonder what they are hiding in the others. Gee, maybe that's just what we should be hoping for, huh?
