My dad just told me Bush is the worst president in his lifetime
My father is 69 years old and a registered Dem. But he's never been as diehard as I am. He certainly didn't vote for Bush but he's come to despise him as much as I do. He saw the clip of Bush dodging the uranium question in South Africa and blurted out that Shrub is the worst he can remember. I know this would be more significant if my dad were a Republican, but he's not a prototypical DUer (Not as liberal as many of the people here), so I found his comments encouraging.

I knew in 2000 that Bush would go down in American History as the worst modern preseident, perhaps the worst president of all time!

3. my 83 year-old grandmother
also says he's the worst president in HER lifetime, and she's lived through even hoover times... she always used to say "he's as bad as hoover" but now, he's officially the worst in her mind...

she's so cute, she says when she sees him on tv, "i can't even look at him, with that ole evil smirk on his face. i can't stand him."

go granny!

7. Go, Granny, Go!
I'll be 70 next month - and he's the worst I've ever seen in ANY country I've lived in! Like Granny, every time he appears on the tube - even if I'm in the other room - I start yelling: "Get off my TV!" and run to switch channels.

24. That's what my Gran'ma said.
She said she thought Nixon, Reagan, Papa Bush were bad but she said Junior Bush is the worst. She even said that the state of the ecomony is almost like the Depression. I love my Gran'ma! 78 years old, maybe slow but still sharp as tack!

... at least Nixon accomplished *some* good things. It's hard for me to think of anything good Bush* has done.

I never thought I'd see the day when someone looked worse than Nixon :)

23. I actually had a repuke ask me this weekend
if I wasn't "grateful" that "President" Bush was in the White House on 9-11.

He then told me he "loves" Bush.

How could an otherwise intelligent person be so stupid when it comes to the chimp?
It defies logic.

And he can't be the worst President in U.S. History because he's an unelected fraud.
I suspect there will forever be an asterisk after his name in the history books.

6. My 67-year young Dad called Bush and Co "Nazis."
My dad voted for Nixon in 1960. But he's been a DEM since, including 1968.

Bush is well on his way to being the worst president ever. What's scary is he doesn't know that.

For laughs while we wait for the 2004 Election or Armageddon, you might want to check out:

8. What, you wouldn't take my word for it?

There is no doubt in my mind that Bush is the worst president we've ever had. There's also no doubt in my mind that there is NOTHING this administration does which is NOT for their benefit -- political, personal -- first, foremost and usually only. Any possible benefit to the country, Americans or any group of Americans is purely coincidental. I mean this quite literally.

11. Yes, you're absolutely right. They look at everything they control
and they find ways to extract the taxpayer revenue from paying for services that taxpayers use and divert it into their own pockets.

They find ways to demand the US provide what they and their companies want but they reduce/eliminate their taxes to pay for those services.

And, when we're basically bankrupt, they'll cut out all of "our" services because their's no money. They will have stolen it all.

13. My 84 year old mother-in-law, also here in Lancaster, is a lifelong
Republican. Never voted for a Democrat. Ever.

She is seriously pissed at Bush. She is furious. She detests him and his whole gang. She says she knows a number of friends (and believe me they would all be Republicans in this town) who feel the same way.

I don't know. Shrubbie may be going down.

If we beat that son-of-a-bitch in '04, I who knows, I may start going to church again. Man, we will have to have one hell of a DU party!

22. An old friend of mine said that GEORGE W. BUSH is so bad
that he is planning to switch from being a life long republican to a democrat. He said that W. is even worse than his father, and he didn't think that was possible. He called me to tell me that, knowing that I am a staunch Democrat. I really appreciated him doing that.

33. a couple of moderate republicans where I work
can't STAND *. They even send me funny cartoon emails that circualate around on the internet. When I came in to work with Hillary's signed book the day after her signing in Pasadena, several of us got to talking. I said, this (Hillary) could be the first woman president! The guy republican said, "I'd consider voting for her, I saw a documentary on her and she's REALLY intelligent." My other dem co-workers and I high-fived him -we were so excited! Can you imagine, a republican male would consider voting for Hillary - he's also very bright, college educated, and moderate, I LOVE IT!!!

34. USA are become "enemy ally", a real curiosity !!!
Edited on Thu Jul-10-03 07:49 AM by BonjourUSA
Of course more an ally than an enemy, but every day we wonder what "The Mistake" is going to say or to do.

With the other presidents, including democrats, we could be opposed to
their policy. Today, we learned how to be wary of America

On the first day of his presidency (even before his "election") we felt a total aversion for him. But I believe this feeling is shared by all Europeans.
