Tom Harken on "Ed Schultz" said Rumsfeld shoudl resign.
On the "Ed Schultz" Radio Show, Senator Tom Harken said Donald Rumsfeld should resign.

His reason was that Rumsfeld said two years ago that the US would no longer treat prisoners according to the Geneva Convention.
----
I think a better response would be for Congress to pass laws for harsh criminal penalties for anyone who orders a prisoner to to be humiliated or hurt.

Also, independent civilian oversight of how prisoners are treated should be mandated.

Replacing Rumsfeld with someone similar will accomplish nothing.
