Read the second paragraph. Look at the pictures. Do these people look like they are under "duress?"

1. Geographically, Bulgaria and Palestine are to the east

of Libya. I'm not at all convinced by the 'working to turn the Libyan people' argument; it seems an incredibly unreliable way of doing it. I'd like to know what organisation outside Libya they said they were working with. I'd be more convinced by a charge that they were experimenting illegally; in fact, that's what the BBC said the trial actually said.
