21. I was more interested in the long segment with the prisoner on the phone

from Iraq. This guy is a Canadian and also had lived many years in the US. For once Tweety actually shut up and listened. This guy wasn't talking about humiliating poses, he was talking about real physical abuse. And in the end, they had tagged him wrong. He wasn't who they thought he was "Sadaams speech writer". He was released, given new clothes and they took the bloody ones. He wasn't going to give them to them but they said they'd keep him in prison if he didn't. Did any of you see that??---I wondered why other news networks aren't finding out how much more there was to all this. He is suing the US military. The GI's berrated and beat him because he was Canadian and they weren't in the coalition. He said that this is rediculous that you only will punish "the few"; he said that these things have involved a thousand GI's over the period of time!!
