Kerry's campaign message should be
"I will be a HANDS ON PRESIDENT" and then go on to say that the * has not been informed either by his poor choice ,judgement of his Cabinet members, Rumsfield on the military, Rice on missing important signs on 9-11, wrong about WMD's, wrong about the cost of medicare, Wrong about how we would be greeted in Iraq, wrong about getting Osama Dead or Alive, wrong on mission accomplished and wrong on the middle east policy. He could go on to say that every major obstacle that has hit this nation in the last 31/2 years has either been evaluated inncorrectly or he has not "known" about it. Who's responsible, the resident has not taken responsiblity for one thing, who is running this country? Is his cabinet running themselves with no regard to national security? Why did he not know about the investigation into the prison debacle? Did Cheney know? We have heard nothing but rhetoric from this resident as being a war resident so is he responsible for what his cabinet or Generals do or not. Either he is a leader and is responsible or he is really not leading the country.

1. That sounds good enough.
However there are so many things to choose from it's hard for us to decide that one message is better than another.

2. Clark's central message was that Bush is not a leader.
You're right. Bush doesn't have the first clue about leadership. We have a stuffed shirt as President, while a corporate cabal runs our government. Just like the Reagan years. Bad things happen when we have a non-leader at the helm. But that's what the republicans love! The last thing the repugs want is a LEADER who is loyal to the people.

I hope Kerry picks Clark as VP and Clark accepts. Unbeatable team.

4. The press keeps getting down on Kerry having "no" message
I think he should come right out and say that he is going to "change 1 thing about the leadership of this country and that it is everything" starting with personal responsiblity.
