If elected president, Kerry needs to make a world tour.

He needs to make a visit of major nations like France, Russia, Egypt, China, and so on to patch up and undo the damage that has been done in world relations by the Bush administration. We are going to have mend a lot of fences after what has been happening. I would also pay a visit to Koffi Annan as well. Kerry needs to make a pledge on America's behalf that no longer will America go on further adventurisms like the fiasco in Iraq. It is going to take a while for feelings to heal but eventually we'll get there.

better to hold a summit at a place somewhat neutral like Switzerland. Logistically, this would be best.

When Kerry gives his inaugural speech he will send a clear message that the USA will return to a sane policy. The trips and meeting in D.C. can come later.
The fact of his victory will change everything.
