7. Rumsfeld and torture vs.abuse
Was this the conference that was quoted on AAR news?

Rumsfeld saying something like "I am not a lawyer. I understand that was has been alleged, is abuse, which I believe is different from torture."

So...it's ok to abuse prisoners so long as you don't call it torture?
