When We Turn "Power" Over To Iraqis, Will We Turn Over Saddam too?

After all, we have absolutely no legal basis for holding him. He did not commit a crime against America, he was not guilty of producing weapons of mass destruction, he was complying with the UN, report and all, at the time we decided to drop the bombs. The war is totally unjust, we have no right to keep him prisoner.

The only people who have a beef against Saddam is the Iraqis. They can try him for crimes, they can execute him, imprison him, or pardon him. It's up to them. I think dem brown peoples can take care of it, don't you?

1. I wonder if, given what we've done there the past year, whether

the Iraqi's would change their perspective on Saddam? Maybe they'd still try him, but I suspect that they'd make the entire Saddam/Bush history very detailed and quite embarrasing to this administration?

I suspect that SH will never return home....he will die in captivity from cancer before any trial can commence.
