Kerry hits back at Bush lap dog Zell Miller.
Bush Campaign Sends Zig-Zag-Zell on Misleading Attack Mission

April 29, 2004

For Immediate Release
Washington, DC

Kerry campaign spokesperson Chad Clanton issued the following statement today in response to Senator Zell Miller’s conference call attacking John Kerry on homeland security:

“In yet another misleading attack, the Bush campaign today sent out Senator Zell Miller to distort John Kerry’s record on homeland security.  Zell Miller attacked John Kerry on the same issue he defended Max Cleland on two years ago.  Today we were reminded of why half the American people don’t believe this President anymore, and of why they call Sen. Miller ‘Zig Zag Zell.’”

Then…2002

Cleland Falsely Attacked for not Supporting Homeland Security

Zell Miller Calls it “SLANDER”

“An already nasty race for one of Georgia's two seats in the U.S. Senate has taken an even uglier turn. What the ad fails to point out is that Cleland supported the creation of a Department of Homeland Security before the president did. Cleland also voted for Democratic-authored legislation to establish the new agency when it cleared committee earlier this year, according to an analysis by Associated Press special correspondent David Espo. The Department of Homeland Security bill currently is hung up in the Senate, where amendments to the proposed legislation are the issue… Zell Miller, Georgia's other Democratic Party senator, was also furious about Chambliss' ad. "My friend Max deserves better than to be slandered like this."

Now…2004

John Kerry Falsely Attacked by Bush-Cheney 2004’s

Zell Miller for the EXACT Same Thing

Zell Miller Hosted a Conference Call With Reporters to Help the Bush/Cheney Team Push the Same Lies Against John Kerry

Zell Miller Makes False Reference to John Kerry’s Votes as Being AGAINST the Homeland Security Department

Zell Miller Completes “Zag” After  His 2002 “Zig” to Protect Max Cleland From These Same Exact Lies

FYI: Zell Miller & John Kerry BOTH voted FOR the Creation of the Homeland Security Department After it Was Opposed By the Bush Administration

1. Fuck Zell. I used to live in his state. He was a bum then and he's a bum
now. Didn't the Democratic Party use him as a keynote speaker for the 96 covention?

2. In 1992 and I think that he nominated Clinton
this is why this is so surprising to me. The only time that I have noticed Zell was during that speech and then to notice him, in the past two years, or so, attacking Democrats and siding with Bush this is quite disgusting.

11. When I see somebody go off the deep end with no warning
I often wonder if there is a brain disease.

I mean this quite sincerely.

5. I used to live in Atlanta when Miller was governor
I thought he was a good Democratic governor.

7. They must have photos of Zell and the sheep at the Hotel 6.
Zell: "How...how...how DARE you enter without knockin'!"

Ashcroft: "We don't have to knock. We's PATRIOTs. Now shut up and do what we say, or you'll never see your sheep again!"

Zell: "But... but... but... I love my sheep."

8. It would be even more special for Max Clelland to respond to zell
man, Zell turned into a real snake, didn't he? I really liked his keynote at the '92 convention, too.

10. I think Sen. Miller thought that Bush was a shoe in to win
and he wanted to be on the "winning team" when he retired. I think he also wanted to sell his stupid ass book to help bring in the cash. He's a washed up has-been and is bitter, angry and mean. Well, I'm glad he's leaving. And Zell is a stupid name anyway! :puke:
