Is he seriously suggesting that this woman, who's obviously very late in her pregnancy and is bragging about it on her t-shirt, is considering an abortion? Or does the baby mean the woman with the megaphone is trying to kill him?

It doesn't make much sense either way.

On edit: I thought the woman was screaming "It's not a choice, it's a child." How utterly disgusting.

4. How I interpret it
The "pro-death" woman with the megaphone is seriously pissed that someone might be proud to be pregnant, so she's got to verbally abuse the fetus.

After all, it's still illegal to march someone down to the abortuary and have the fetus sucked out of her against her will. Some pro-lifers think we're mad about that.
