I need some help

I want to make up a campaign poster for B*sh/Dick, but I am not as computer savvy as I'd like to be. The poster is a movie poster. It should say at the top:

Bush/Cheney
are
THE BLUES BROTHERS 2004

there wants to be a picture of shrub and Dick in full Blues Brother costume with a caption that reads "We're on a mission from God"

I'd like to help but my graphics program isn't getting along well with something else on my computer so it keeps crashing on me. If you don't need it too soon, I may be able to do something, but I'm sure there is someone here who could come up with it quicker.
