Scalia Rebukes Justices on Prayer Case

WASHINGTON - Two of the Supreme Court's most conservative members delivered an unusual public rebuke to more liberal justices Monday, accusing them of ducking an important church-state fight over mealtime prayers at a taxpayer-funded military college.

Scalia is stirring up some issues as of late...I wonder what has been
planned?
Remember that not too long ago he had an outing with Cheney...

5. It the case tomorrow on Cheney
Tensions are high because the case tomorrow means a lot. If Cheney wins, we lose the right to question the office of the President and his staff.
