Will Plame indictments be issued before April 30?

Joseph Wilson's new book is scheduled to be released on Friday April 30. In it, he will name who he believes is responsible for exposing his wife Valerie Plame as a CIA agent.

Has anyone heard if there will be indictments issued before the book is released? Legally, I think this has to occur to avoid libel charges. Any guesses who the guilty party is? I'm guessing Scooter Libbey and hoping he'll bring Cheney down.

That N.Y. Times article several weeks ago said Fitzgerald, the prosecutor, was winding the investigation down. Anyone have any hints when something will break?

2. Personally, I hope Fitgerald is pulling that thread still.

You know, the Plame outing leads to the Wilson/Niger trip leads to other false claims of WMD's, who made the claims, who would stand to be hurts by Wilson's openness (goes to motive, no?) Then as he keep pulling that thread it pulls all the way back to the PNAC, 9-11, etc. Don't forget, before becoming US Atty. for Chicago he was a terrorism expert in the NYC office.

WTC I was a Black Ops operation, also, and Fitzgerald made sure that false evidence was used to railroad the lower level Islanic extremists that were set up to be the patsys.

Using evidence "discovered" by MI5 (they have acknowledged committing false flag terror operations to enflame public opinion against the IRA) and The London Daily Telegraph (a neo-Conservative newspaper that always seems to be there to find yet more "documentation" of the existence of a vast Islamic terror network), is the same thing as admitting you're a tool of the Hard Right.

4. You're opening a whole new 6-pak of worms, there, RB.

First, I must admit that I never imagined WTC I to be a black op--I thought they had legitimately tracked it back to whatsisname the blind mullah.

Second, I thought Fitz had a rep from IL for bringing down the Repug oligarchy in Springfield, so he might be OK here--not a total hack for the RW.

Third--even if he's a "fixer," in this case, who's he "fixin'" for? Given the MI5 connection, could he have some CIA interests at heart here? I.e., might he want to out Plame's "outer"? You have to imagine that there's not much love lost between the Company and the Yahoos currently in the seats of power.
