Bush v. SEC ---- A Family Affair
Edited on Sun Apr-25-04 03:56 PM by The Lone Liberal
You should write this one down, because this law firm has played a large role in not only the USA--Saudi connection, it is more than likely the connection between the House of Saud and the House of Bush. The firm's name; Baker, Botts.

The incident I want to talk about is the one involving the SEC and George Bush. As you all know GW engaged in some very shady dealing with the regard to his sale of Harkens stock. Many people have opined that what he did was way over the line in insider trading.

What maybe you didn’t know, was who the players for the SEC were when they absolved him of any wrong doing.

Aside from being appointed by papa Bush to the chairmanship of the SEC, Richard Breeden, had also been a lawyer from Baker Botts. The SEC general counsel at the time of investigation was James Doty, another Baker, Botts attorney and then to round out in the family team there was Robert Jordan, another Baker Botts attorney that was acting as legal representation for George W. Bush.

It is small wonder that the investigation was so cursory and suffering paucity. It deal this kept this close in the family almost incestuous. Of course with these knuckle-draggers what else to you expect?

3. OK, I give up! Why were the Clintons guilty before proven
innocent, and the Bushies are innocent without even trying to prove guilt???

I can accept the second Clinton term that the House and Senate were ruled by the Pubs....I can accept that the House and Senate are NOW ruled by the Pubs.

What I don't understand is how the Pubs got this insanity against Clinton going when they were still in the minority, AND they controlled the Senate during at least part of the Bush term.

What am I missing here!!!!
