Reclaiming the country after 4 more years, I fear, would be impossible considering the global/national damage bush is poised to do.

I'm not some crazed radical, but I'd much sooner die trying to save our country from the likes of bush than in one of the upcoming wars.

8. Common Sense

Our Constitution, all things being equal (and that right there is the key) is a pretty remarkable peice of work.

If we can figure out how to keep church and state separated, we'd be well on our way to fixing the problems at hand. If you could get some science in there for mass consumption, that might be a good idea as well.

Derugulation seems to have been a bit of a bad idea for some industries.

The "American Dream" as it is now configured requires that in order for you to win, somebody else loses. This only ensures that those that have already won (some many generations ago) can rig the system so that they continue to win. Result: hard times for the lower and middle class.

Maybe some sort of system where there is competition, but also more cooperation between industries - bottom line being providing a service to the people - not a lining for the CEO's pocket book.

2. Depends on what this country does

and what occurs as a result. I have two sons. My first duty is to them and not political ideology. Its not that my country is not high priority, because it is quite high with me. But if leaders are behaving misguidedly to where it threatens their future, I will look at options including moving.

I am 46 and have never thought about leaving the US before. But here we is.

I have never before contemplated living outside the US, but if that scenario were to play out, my partner and I are planning on leaving for the EU. Probably France.

As it is, it will take perhaps a generation to turn around the deficits, get out of the quagmire and re-situate the courts with moderate judges. If we have four more years of this, I would never live to see the country I once knew.

If * wins, his crowd will take even greater liberties and it will push everyone too far. Hubris will be their downfall. That along with cowardice and incompetence.

But the question is academic. * won't win anyway.
