No, not on the lips on the cheek. There are 2 pics.One of Rush posing & the other where the guy plants one on Rush's cheek.Rush appeared to be surprised by this.Theres a pic next to it of the guy in drag.I know its a tabloid magazine,but the pic is 100% real.
