Poll question: DU'ers, Will You Buy Bob Woodward's Book?
After watching Democracy Now - I will pass, I don't trust Woodward nor the media. (especially the media whores) Viacom is watching the success of the real anti-Bush books and only unleashing the bits and pieces that criticize the cabal. Cha Ching...

2. Now, now
Woodward is not editorializing like Clarke and O'Neill, and his book will have greater impact on the RW.

No conspiracy--remember, he's done this before.

9. I can't afford to buy every book in this eight month campaign.
Edited on Tue Apr-20-04 09:47 AM by cspiguy
this seems like a coordinated part of the effort, no? I wish they would just go back to "A major study was released today..." or "Bombshell uncovered by PBS Frontline Documentary..." rather than using $30.00 books to make our points. I would feel a little used by Viacom.

he has a long way to go to overcome his Whore of the Year award. Actually, I think my disdain for him may be permanent.

11. Unfortunate
Why not just have yes or no as options? I'm going to buy and read the book but I don't hold with the opinion that's been tacked onto the end of the yes option.

12. Not sure
I'm curious to see what he has to say...but I'm a little skeptical because the book included cooperation from Bush et al, and because Woodward wrote such a glowing book the last time around. Bush at War....blech.

13. No
I'll get it from the Library, but I won't pay $25 for it. The poll suggests that a lot of people, like myself, are very skeptical of this book.
