Breaking news from Waco - Cheney’s undisclosed location found!!
Reported by KCEN TV 6 News (sorry no link)

Cobras living under apartment building. One has been caught and at least one other is still slithering around spewing venom.

This was reported like a puff piece - no details and the file video showed a green snake that is likely not a cobra. They did say that they are fast moving and aggressive.

1. Cheney can scare off a snake
With one sneer. If he wants to take over a viper's nest, the vipers flee, screaming. That's how he got to "occupy" their nest.
