What is Condi Rice really saying? (Rove's slime & distotions)

Terrorist plan to "attack and disrupt" the November elections here in the US...Why? Because the terrorist prefer Kerry? That's what Rice's statements on Fox News Sunday seemed to be insinuating to me.

Rice is keeping with the Rove election playbook, using and pushing FEAR...Vote for Bush and don't let the terrorist decide our elections??? Just more of the usual republicans campaign of lying distortions of fear.

(Don't you just hate when they want to lie, and they use the word "chatter"?)

1. So they're saying they have some forewarning . . .

therefore, that plus the almost 3 years they've had since 9/11 to get their shit together = no terrorist attack, right? If there is one, um, THEY'VE FAILED AGAIN.

Oh, wait, the only message we're supposed to get is that Bad Guys want to influence our election, therefore, we should keep with the gubmint we got.

Sounds as if they're assuming (1) that Bush will win w/o an attack and (2) that the terrorists (whoever they may be) will try to help Kerry. LARGE assumptions, in my book.
