I went to Amazon to check their numbers. Treason is listed at #12 of overall top sellers (Hilary's is listed as #33).

But when you break it down by category, hard-cover non-fiction, neither authors show up on their list.

OTOH, they still rank Stupid White Men at #13 in HC/NF, but when you go to that book's page, it says it ranks at 134.

So who *knows* what's up?
