If you had the power, would you kill all who were racist or evil?
Just think about it for a second. If you had infinite power on your hands, would you make it your duty to kill off people who discriminaye against others, or who are just plain evil? Be honest. I personaly probaly would, even though we will always have evil and racism, it's part of life unfourtanately.

See, this kind of question highlights one of my pet peeves about some athiests: The "If God exists, why doesn't he stop all the horrible shit that goes on?" crowd.

God has NOTHING to do with that stuff, people do. If you're talking weather disasters and stuff like that, sure, but wars? Bigotry? Violence? That's all done by man, and any higher power worth his salt should NEVER intervene in that stuff. If humanity can't act humane on its own, what's the point of reaching down and making them? They don't learn anything that way, they don't progress, they don't evolve.

Of course, I don't believe in God as a seperate entity, but rather God is made up of all living beings, and that everyone is connected, but our own subjective realities distract us from that.

And I also don't believe in the devil, or necessarily "evil", because they're both artificial constructs of man, strawmen for the horrible, stupid things they do to each other.

...it isn't quite teh same thing. God, if he exists, has this power already. He is also wise enough to know better thatn to use it. The assumption that another individual is granted this power presupposes that he is gien this power alone, and not also given the requisite wisdom along with it.
