Bush on CNN lying his head off.
He is visiting the wounded at Ft. Hood. I hope they give him an ear full. Lying about PDB saying he asked for it. Looks hung over. Said they didn't say where or how they were going to do it. This is so awful what the hell was he looking for an engraved invite?? I hate him. Our soldiers ware doing a magnificent job. Yes you moron you screwed up and they are saving your butt.

3. no one TOLD them anything needed to be done per Rice
Do not allow fanatics to hijack airplanes.
Do not allow fanatics to fly hijacked airplanes into buildings.
Do not allow fanatics to destroy human life and property.

Consider yourself instructed.

9. "Extraterrestrial and Asteroids"
A man called Randi Rhodes the other day and said that Condi was full of it; he said he used to work for the department of defense and he said that all they did was sit there and IMAGINE threats to U.S. security and how they would handle it, he said they covered all the angles, even the more ridiculous and unlikely, in his words "we had plans on what to do in cases of extraterrestrials (!) and asteroids". Of course they do, it's their job, and to hear her testimony it just makes me suspicious that this is one of those J. Edgar Hoover "montrous conspiracies."

14. Umm..
Are you sure you're not talking about the female radio personality Randi Rhodes (former military) who is on Air America Radio now (and been in liberal talk radio for some 10 years)...?

2. Like he waited for specific information before attacking Iraq!
They have very different standards for when to act, don't they?

5. At least he got his sorry behind out in the public eye.
I can't believe that bastard has been whooping it up on vacation while our troops are being slaughtered, this is the 4th highest casualty month so far and it is only the eleventh!!!!. It's sickening that his advisors are not telling him and Cheney they need to at least look like they are in charge of things, but both are completely AWOL. I think they are using the lesser of two evils (Rice's testimony) as a cover for this week in Iraq, or hell, maybe it's vice versa now. They are so duplicitous (sp?) I can't even keep up any more which story is the coverup and which is the real story.

One thing is for sure. He was AWOL during Vietnam, and he is AWOL now, and he has been AWOL during half his presidency. Why the Kerry camp is not saying that exact slogan is beyond me.

I have my own suspicion that his alcoholism is progressing to the point where he is a maintenance drinker, i.e. if he has no alcohol in his system then he is in withdrawal. I think they are trying to keep him out of the public eye unlubricated as much as possible. Which is why he's always at these functions where you can drink. He's probably on pills now to stave off the withdrawal symptoms.

Edited on Sun Apr-11-04 11:31 AM by Marianne
saying that. He looks awful--may he never sleep another wink in the rest of his miserable bastard life. May his frump go down with him, praising him, as every dutiful wife must do, all the way down, as long as she gets to leech off the Bush wealth and postion for the rest of her miserable stupid and vacant, rictus smiling life.

The elite Bushies will drop her fast enough as soon as Bush goes down on his knees in total, abject failure and shame.

May he be prosecuted for what he has done in and to Iraq as well as to what he has done to the people of this country. I hate this lying , little rich boy bastard.

35. Actually he's violating the flag code
The US flag is to fly above all other flags. If they were side-by-side it would be Okay, but as there's clearly a US flag below another flag (US or not), he's improperly displaying Old Glory!

19. He really does look awful. Is he about to snap?

The stress surrounding him must be building to the break point. My only wish is that when he does snap, it's on national television. Let all americans be watching at the time as his head explodes, and they take him away wearing that wrap around sport coat, the kind with the belt in the back. It would fit him well. Then a nice long vacation in a hospital for the criminally insane.

An ignoble end for one who failed in everything he tried.

25. at the end, nixon was majorly drunk on TV, slurring his words and
mumbling...it was really pathetic...and NOW, years later...the nixon watergate hero "ben-veniste" STANDS UP again to be the 9/11 hero (getting condi to goof-up and reveal the title: "Bin Laden determined to attack IN the United States", and outs the PDB in TWO days - a record).....

and with Iraq-nam raging in the background, just like Vietnam did for nixon....bush* appears more and more deranged and out-of-control with MAJOR scandals swirling all around him....mimicking nixon, who had many many more scandals than just Watergate, but watergate was the way out...allowing nixon to leave with his pension, secret security and the trappings of a President, flying away on the Presidential helicopter....

NOW, bush* is collapsing publically...whenever he comes out in public, he looks absolutely terrible, slurring words, forgetting words...obviously drunk/drugged...TWO WARS rage in the background....after spending $40 MILLION on election TV ads, bush* is falling below Kerry....the economy is bad, seniors realize that they were tricked by bush* on Medicare...jobs are gone oversees...Veterans are mad...women are marching for their rights in the streets outside the White House....

bush* is going down...his ship is sinking...the rats are jumping off...bush* own inner-circle is turning against him, and writing books, and BAILING OUT before the indictments arrive...the real bad-asses like condi, just FUBARed BIG TIME....just like nixon, who was all alone at the end....

21. Reminds me of what the good Doctor said in early 2001
"Bush is an Unhappy winner. He will be beaten like a rat in a waste-basket & he will age 14 years in the next Four."

Hunter Thompson in his column, "State of Disgrace."

Is it me, or does he look like one of those president cardboard cutouts that tourists can pose with and take pictures?

Finally, from today's slideshow, I found this one symbolically interesting.

31. God told him to wear two pins
</sarcasm>
Or, Rove and handlers made him wear two flags to help cover up the generated ROVErSpeak mike/earpiece wires.
When disconnected words and cruel humor come flying out of his mouth, lips working sooo hard around trying to form the biggest words he knows just to turn anything even remotely back to praising himself, it's apparent the wire connection has become disconnected as well.

twice as patriotic as everyone else? I do not undestand this - why does the pretender 2 B president NEED 2 wear an american flag in his lapel? Nixon did this and I just don't get it. Do they forget which country the represent and a quick glance @ their lapel gives them the clue?...?

"Yes you moron you screwed up and they are saving your butt." Maybe leave out the "moron" part--even if it is true. It shows support for the troops, which we all are in favor of, but no support for Bush's decisions.
