we took Iraq for the oil... and took Afghanistan for the Heroin.. the poppy
fields are a bloom'n... and heroin is now epidemic because it is cheaper than cocaine... and the "Criminals" are fill up the jails.. Privatized jails are the biggest growth industry in the us.

after our liberation of panama from the drug dealing Noriaga.. cocaine out of panama increased 500% in 6 months... the heroin from liberated AFGHANISTAN IS killing more kids than the Talaban, theterrorists and than insurgents are killing our soldiers... all put together.

3. Is the pipeline a perk of cocaine, or is cocaine a perk of the pipeline.
The Unocal pipeline started construction shortly after we bombed Afghanistan. The Taliban would not agree to either drugs nor pipeline. A pipeline that would bring a carpet of gold, or no pipeline which would bring a carpet of bombs.

I wonder, were the drugs more important than the pipeline, or vice-versa.

Pipelines designs are in mind for Iraq also.

4. In my opinion
We took Afghanistan b/c thier gov't really needed to go. I just think we did it wrong. We disposed the Taliban, of course, but carpet bombing civilians and cutting off aid from Pakistan was terroristic, in my opinion. A less media-friendly and more covert approach would have been much appreciated.

But hey, Bush needed the numbers.
