4. same thing....terra terra...evil doers=bad, god sent me, economy is great
reality doesnt matter. people want to feel reassured and bush does that for them by telling them it is all going well. keep them scared but feeling safe that you protect them - thats the plan here.

8. Vote for me...
I'm anti-civil-rights, anti-gay-marriage, anti-stem-cell-research, anti-clean-air, pro-mercury, anti-overtime-pay, anti-prescription-drug-benefits, pro-war, and pro-deficit!

And I'm real good friends with the Arabs so I can always "jawbone" them if they try to raise our gas prices!

My name is George W. Bush and I approved this message.

15. That's what the month off is planned for. Run ads and test the waters...

Bush making his statements each day from the ranch... (Yawn, "Kerry is a tax & spend Democrat")...they'll just let things blow over, they know what to expect. They are after all involved in controlling events worldwide (and mostly failing).

However, they aren't stupid, (save Bush) they aren't going to meekly come out of Texas. They will be swing for the fences...now Rove is going to kick it in...(lies, smears and distortions into full overdrive)...

It seems though, Kerry and his people are well aware of this...and they will be ready (Kerry just needs more money and then he would just rip).

It's going to get real ugly when the fascist emerge from Texas, (this week or next?)

They know if they don't go into the full blown attack mode, this could very well be their last gasp and down too dep to come back.

The Texas syndicate are no doubt, conniving and going deep in their bag, to create some kind of major media story, that will have nothing to do with politics and they will slip on right back in, while everyone is focused elsewhere...and as they are more than capable of, creating one...like when the Michael Jackson story broke (perfect timing for them, exactly when they needed it) and the Jackson story gets wall to wall, 24 hour coverage...like Democrat donating Martha Stewart...they are going to create something...Be on your toes!

Rove is good, makes Robert DeNiro look like a novice.

17. Cultural wedge issues
I saw Fox trying to promote them. During the worst of the Iraqi violence, they made a big deal about how the vast majority of regular church goers tend to support Bush. Then they went to a news story about how the Catholic Church might deny Kerry communion because of his stand on abortion.

Gay marriage. The death penalty (I think Kerry's against it). Any fucking prejudice they can stir up. Hate. Fear. Terror.

And if that doesn't work, doesn't keep it close enough to fix--then they can always have a terror attack close enough in time to the election to declare martial law.

They'd rather rule by consent than force. I'm not entirely convinced they'll go peacefully if they lose the consent.

23. there isn't much left

I think we're going to see more attack ads tarring Kerry with more in the way of Old Democrat foibles and hypocrisies.

We're going to see W talked up fully as some kind of exemplary -i.e. conservative- Christian.

And Rove will continue to fish around for a bunch of small cultural wedge issues to chip away at Kerry's impressive, strangling, hold on the political center.

Not that I think any of that will do them any good. But as long as W is willing to flout and waste any and all of the political capital he gets his hands on, hey, let him burn it all up.

24. Hatred of liberals
A percentage of America will vote for Bush no matter what because of talk radio and their intense hatred for liberals. Some of these guys are so brainwashed with their own hatred, Bush could shoot their dog and they'd still vote for him instead of a liberal. You know the guys, the "morans" sign-maker types.

They don't care what Bush does.

They don't think for themselves. They let talk radio spoon feed them their opinions.
