about how we are going to defeat Bush. Mindlessly repeating what we already know ("Bush is bad, Bush is bad, Bush is bad. . .") can only be complemented by vacant eyes and drool running over your lower lip. I always vote for Bush in these insipid polls, in hopes it will contribute to a needed spark of anger. I, for one, refuse to be a Bandar-log. Better to make a mark than simply add to the scent laid down by others.

I saw something else that the poster I was responding to wrote on another thread. I do agree with you that these "insipid polls" maybe be getting a bit much. Focusing on what you are talking about in your post would be much more helpful. So I have no problem with your comments. I do have problems with people who are saying we are going to lose every chance they get.
And give the thread starter a break its just having fun, but you may be right this kind of stuff might have run its course, I am saying that about all "polls" here at DU.
