If you like talking about election 2004 ......
Please get over to the Blackbox voting thread and help us out on this voter fraud issue. Its VERY interesting to say the least, but more importantly Lady Liberty definitely needs some help here!

To sum it up:

I know how all of us love to talk about our candidates and the latest issue, show, or poll but here's the reality:

There will be little motivation to talk and spar over candidates if they are scheduled to lose by those who know how to manipulate the system, and their is no GREATER way to manipulate, delete, and change data than with a computer computerized voter machine,

Coincedentally, these machines are being pushed onto the states by the Bush Administration.

Right now, a military contractor company called SAIC is scheduled to come out with a statement validating the authenticity of these computerized voter machines, which contradicts all the highest level studies and experts in the country, including studies enacted by Johns Hopkins, Rice, and Stanford. That apparently is meaningless to them. As you can guess SAIC apparently has quite an interesting history and colorful past.

And can someone explain why is a MILITARY CONTRACTOR given the right to approve these voting machines?

I have other things I could be working on, but is anything more important than ensuring my democracy and feeling confident that the RIGHT CANDIDATE will be put in office for 2004?? Id say thats worth a few phone calls and some emails wouldnt you?

Remember, with computer voting and without a separate paper ballot, votes can be erased and never tracked again.

Please get involved. As you can see, this needs everyones attention and involvement. Its up to all of us to address head on this computerized voter issue. It is also up to us to get the word out to as many people as possible.

Thanks!

Connie

1. Thanks shance
I don't know what people are thinking, introducing computers to elections. Too much legerdemain is possible. And now is the time to prevent it.
