edit: removed "NOW LIVE" from subject line. It's over. It was basically a rehash of various talking points. Dennis said the war was waged on false pretenses from the beginning (which it was), Foley replied "but, Saddam is a bad man", etc.

Made great points...and the Repuke he was up against was using some really dumbass "pride" arguments, I have to say. Dennis called him on his "hubris."

He won that debate pretty clearly, in my mind.

Kucinich said this is "A March of Folly in Iraq," he turned Wolfs quetion about "cut and run and comparison to Viet Nam" by turning it back onto Wolf and CNN's promo of their report about how the British had to get out of Iraq after WWII because the religious factions united and drove the British out."

At every turn he made Foley look like a depraved idiot who had no information to support his views.

that Foley guy drives me crazy. He has the most fucking ridiculous look on his face when he is on camera and of course his main argument was "We Can't be No Pussies in I-RAQ" in a nutshell...

Bush plan in Iraq! Good for him! I saw him here in NC this weekend. He is so articulate and intelligent. Not a fake, like so many of them are. He engaged his audience and answered every question with grace and depth.
