3. He theorizes that Rushbo never had back surgery.
Says he lied about so many other things (i.e., why he got out of the military) that he's probably lying about this too.

He doesn't believe Rush had back surgery because of his golf and lying in the past about his medical record. And while he doesn't believe that first time offenders should go to jail, he believes Rush should to show that even rich, white people will go to jail and that he hopes that Rush has a black cellmate who heard his comments about McNabb.

7. I think it is good.
It shows our side is not afraid to argue for our side. Rush and others don't debate other people and get flustered when a srong liberal argues against them.
