putting the telescope to his blind eye. Oh, wait, they don't even have that much forsight becaue Nelson knew he could win the battle and refused to retreat. Nelson came through on his promises. Bush* on the other hand, seems to have no idea what's going on and hasn't delivered on anything he's said.

Gnats, fenceposts, and cucumbers are all potentially useful. I know this thread was about "foresight" but this administration reminds me most of a hemorrhoid: Pops up unexpectedly to create pain and discomfort and feels so good when it's finally eradicated.
