Why does this man look perfectly natural making this gesture. I can see him getting angry and doing exactly this. He's so full of himself he thinks no one sees him.

7. It is fake, here is the evidence:

When you flip your middle finger the tendon on the hand moves into the hand. The tendon on the middle finger looks exactly the same as the other fingers that are contracted. Also, there is more light on the finger and the middle joint is blurred. But otherwise a good job. I don't think I could have done a better job.
