Will The 9/11 Commission become another Warren Commission?

Has the ineptitude in the way the 9/11 Commission is being conducted, plus the stonewalling by Bush/Cheney and company created another commission that vast numbers of people will never believe?

The Warren Commission was handled in such a way. The report from the commission had no more than been published until there was a cottage industry dealing with Dallas conspiracy.

Is there anything the could be done now that would cause the 9/11 Commission report to be accepted. Or, has the lying and stonewalling of the Bush/Cheney team tainted it so bad that it will always be questioned by the American people?

2. It's inevitable...

Just about every major commission in US history -- the Warren Commission, the post-Pearl Harbor commission, the investigation following Lincoln's assassination -- share two abiding characteristics: the strong smell of taint and plausible alternative ("conspiracy") theories. It always strikes me that Americans are, in equal parts, gullible and untrusting.
