Judy Woodruf auditions for Faux News
Actually, it's an ongoing audition. Im continually amazed at her brazen, open and at times gleeful support of ShrubCo while playing up every poll that shows Bush ahead in one particular state or another like it's Dewey-Truman.
For instance, she'll boil over with excitment when a poll is released showing Bush ahead in Texas or Utah. That kind of thing. Does anyone know of the old hag's political background? I know she's been on CNN since the dinosaurs walked.

Seems like Faux would be willing to pony up big dollars for this "talented" Pug organ grinder. She's becoming quite an irritant.

1. Amazingly, she actually WAS a journalist, at one time
She used to be on the PBS Newshour before going to CNN.

I agree with your assessment of her, however. Her smarmy condescension is quite a turnoff. That's why I don't watch her, because I know I'll be receiving propaganda, not news.

I'm not sure
When Candy was filling in for her Inside Politics felt like an hour long Bush commercial. When Judy came back I felt more balance.
And Fox would not want her anyway. She's beautiful for a mature woman, but Fox is all about right wing spin, glass tables and long, young legs.

9. Assalted them at a restaurant
He came up to Hunt, his 4 year old daughter, and I believe Judy was there also. He said, "You fucking son-of-a-bitch! I saw what you wrote. We're not going to forget this!"

6. My Feelings Exactly
There's making sure you're seen as neutral/impartial and going overboard. Looks like Judy chose to jump ship.

3. The whole state poll thing is interesting because they lag
behind national polls. Bush did well in some polls in battleground states that were done in late March, such as Florida and Pennsylvania, but since then Kerry has picked up steam in national trial heats done this month, plus that Pew poll has him at 43 percent approval. I wonder if the state polls will reflect Kerry's gains in a week or so. I think the Iraq mess is costing Bush right now.

7. Wasted talent
I remember watching her in Atlanta back in the late 60s and early 70s and I thought she would be an up and comer. Only thing I could see wrong with her was a bad complexion and a bad coverup. So she has finally hit the bottom rung of the ladder.

8. Candy Crowley's face is just as expressive. Her face falls when it's bad
news for the chimp.

11. Judy's focus on Colorado Lead for Bush
is a clear sign that the thugs are in trouble. When you are losing in all national polls and the best spin they can put on it is Bush is leading in a state with 8 electoral college votes. Hahahhaha!
