I just can't understand his popularity... it's so obvious the only person he cares about is himself. His show is always squared around his own feelings, his own issues, never the greater good.

AAR got press coverage because it was an unchartered venture -- just like Rush got plenty of coverage on his syndicated rise. When and if liberal radio is as "normal" as conservative radio is today, I'm sure some new liberal show won't get the attention AAR is today.
