Who wants most for Bush to lose: Rice or Ken Lay?
Either of them will wind up in jail unless Bush pardons them, and Bush will have to pardon them to avoid jail for himself. So if he loses in November, he can do like Daddy and pardon them on New Year's Eve. Otherwise they have to wait a while longer.

2. Believe it or not but Ken Lay is still one of Bush*'s largest contributors
The silence in America is deafening about Campaign pay-offs. MBNA is number one and Enron is number two in campaign contributions to the Bush* campaign.
